Grant is now talking in two word sentences. It kind of happened overnight but a couple of days ago he started putting his words together. Almost everything he says is two words now. His speech is getting more and more clear too. He also repeats everything you say so we are watching our language for sure! He woke up yesterday morning saying "Elmo down" because his little Elmo was leaning over and he wanted us to come and sit him back up. For some reason he didn't want to do it himself. Luke is very proud that he can identify and say "gamecock" now too.
Potty training is still going great! It has been over a week now and he has only had a few poop accidents and 1 pee accident. I must say it is really nice to not have diapers. Grant's favorite thing to do now is wash his hands after he goes to the bathroom. However, he sometimes wants to go potty just so he can wash his hands. He has favorite underwear already too. They are striped and he gets upset if they are dirty. We only have a few pair of the striped ones so I guess I need to go buy some more.
His attention span is getting greater too. He has several DVDs but would only sit for 5 minutes to watch them. In the past week, he will bring you the one he wants to watch and sit for 10-15 minutes and watch it. He really likes the ones with music so he can dance, too funny!
We have swim lessons again tomorrow so I will take some more pictures to post.
