These are from when Grant was 4 weeks old but I just got the digital copies so I thought I would put them out there now for everyone to see!

He is 7 weeks old now and weighs close to 11lbs! He is growing fast now.

One Month Old

We had our One Month doctor's appointment today! Grant weighs 8lb 3oz, 21.5 long and his head is 15in around. He is doing great! We also had our one month pictures taken but I won't get these back to post until a couple of weeks, sorry. We will take some pictures this weekend and post them soon.

I turned over!

When Grant woke up this morning, he had turned himself over! We were shocked! He has been sleeping on his stomach since he came home from the hospital pretty much. It has reduced his gas and he sleeps so much better. He can completely lift his head and turn it and his head is nice and round as an added bonus. He is a very strong little guy already but to turn over at 3 weeks is pretty crazy! He hasn't done it again but I don't think he realized what he did.

Other things he is doing......he is making all kinds of noises and moving his arms and legs all over the place now.

He and I both have our one month doctor's appointment next Friday. No shots this time, thank goodness! His first vaccines will be at his 2 month appointment, ouch!

I still love having my hands around my face...this one is so cute...mouth wide open and his little hand tucked up under his chin!

My umbilical cord came off today! Yeh! So I am all healed up now. Here are a couple of updated pictures. I will be two weeks old tomorrow.

I can hold my head up!

I prefer to sleep on my stomach because I spit up and get gassy, so now my head is very strong and I can hold it up on my own for a few seconds at a time! I can turn it from side to side when I am sleeping too.

Other news...my circumcision is all healed up and hopefully my umbilical cord will be falling off really soon. I am almost 2 weeks old now!

During my awake time, I enjoy just gazing around and checking things out. I am sleeping between 2-3 hours at night and trying to get a routine for the daytime but still working on it.
