First Day of School!

Grant started 2^nd Grade and absolutely loves his teacher this year.  Sloan started 4 year Pre-K at a local private school and has adjusted really well to being at school all day.  The only part she doesn’t like is the required naptime/quiet time that lasts about an hour.  They do let her have books and we just bought her a special new pillow she can take with her too.

Both kids will be playing soccer this fall and Grant is going to be a Cub Scout this year too!

Sloan had her last vaccine shot until she turns 11.  It was a combo of MMR and Chicken Pox and she had no reactions.

 Grant's first trip to Six Flags - we did the water rides at the end and ended up soaking wet!

We had a great time at the beach this year!  The kids got to hang out with their cousins and grandparents, play putt-putt, play in the ocean and sand, find a ton of shark teeth and visit some new places (Alligator Adventure, The Tiger Preservation and Medieval Times).
